This agreement is a legal contract between you and Sanmao VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

By downloading or using this App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all terms of this agreement. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying or modification of the App or its associated trademarks is prohibited. You may not extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we reserve the right to adjust features or service fees, and any fee changes will be clearly communicated. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting devices, as these actions may compromise system security and affect App operation.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are also bound by the respective terms of service of those partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If the Service cannot be used due to device arrears, data limits or poor network signals, the Service Provider assumes no related responsibility. When used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge data fees. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin without a suitable data plan, resulting roaming charges are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are fully responsible for their usage behavior. For example, inability to access the Service due to depleted device battery is outside our compensation scope. Although we strive to provide accurate global routing information, some data may come from third-party partners; we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services without prior notice. After termination, your license becomes invalid and you must stop using and delete the App.
